My name is Sarah and I love Yoga.

Yoga has been part of my life for over 20 years when I first found a video tape (what is one of those you may ask) and I would practice the postures in my living room each morning in front of the television. Over the years, yoga for me has become more than just asana (postures). It has been the best investment I have made to my life both on and off the mat, by enabling me to grow stronger, more flexible and more fearless in my body and my mind.

My passion for yoga begins with the fact that it holds no barriers. Anyone can practice yoga regardless of their gender, age, size, ability or fitness. It is important to me that yoga is inclusive as its benefits, once integrated in our lives are countless from birth and beyond. It was this belief that inspired me to complete my 200 hour Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teacher training with the wonderful Emily Young Yoga School in 2017 to enable me to share this beautiful practice.

This was the launch pad for me to explore how I can bring yoga to people in different ways so my learning and training did not end there. Amongst other training, I have since gone on to qualify in Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga with Janine Hurley as well as Yoga for those with additional needs. I now enjoy bringing yoga to people across Preston and Lancashire.
