My pregnancy yoga classes are suitable for most women and you don’t need any previous yoga experience to start the class. Come and enjoy some gentle movements to ease out tension and build strength; learn a variety of breathing techniques to help you feel calm and empowered throughout your pregnancy, labour and even when your baby arrives; spend time connecting and bonding with your baby and relax deeply in guided meditation.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a pillow and water.
